No visa is required for visits up to 90 days for visitors from the European Union, Albania, Andorra, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Bolivia, Bosnia, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Holy See, Honduras, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Kiribati, Macau, Macedonia, Malaysia, Mauritius, Marshall Islands, Mexico, Micronesia, Monaco, Montenegro, Nauru, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Palau, Panama, Paraguay, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Samoa, San Marino, Serbia, Seychelles, Singapore, Solomon Islands, South Korea,Taiwan, Tonga, Tuvalu, Uruguay, US Vanuatu and Venezuala.

Holders of a valid residence permit for the Schengen area also do not need a visa.

Everyone else will need to contact a French embassy or consulate.
